Refund & Cancellation Policy — Akriva

We keep billing simple: try Akriva free, pay monthly, cancel anytime. This page explains exactly how that works.

Free trial

Every plan starts with a free trial and no card is required to begin. You are only charged when you choose to subscribe after the trial.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by writing to hello@akriva.ai or via your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again. Your papers and results remain exportable for 30 days after cancellation.

Refunds

Partial months: we do not offer pro-rata refunds for time remaining in a billing period after cancellation.
Duplicate or failed charges: if you are charged twice, or charged after a valid cancellation, we refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of your report.
Extended outage: if a platform outage on our side prevents your institute from conducting a scheduled test, we will extend your subscription or refund the affected period — whichever you prefer.
